Online therapy, from wherever you feel at ease
All sessions are by secure video. No commute and no waiting room, with the same care and attention as an office.

Who can book
I am registered in Ontario and Alberta, so I see adults and couples who live in either province, from Ottawa, Toronto and Mississauga to Edmonton and Calgary, and everywhere in between. You need to be in Ontario or Alberta during your session.
What you need
- A private room where you will not be overheard
- A phone, tablet or computer with a camera
- A reliable internet connection
- Headphones, if others are at home
Booking and privacy
Bookings, intake forms and receipts are handled securely through Jane, the Canadian practice platform used by Canada Therapy & Wellness. You receive a secure video link for each session. Please avoid joining from a car that is moving or from a public place.

Getting the most from online sessions
- Join a few minutes early to check your sound and camera
- Silence notifications and close other apps
- Keep water and tissues nearby
- Give yourself a few quiet minutes afterwards before returning to your day
- For couples: sit side by side so I can see you both
Questions about online therapy
Do you offer in-person sessions?
No. All sessions are online by secure video. Many people find it easier to open up from home, and there is no travel time. See how online therapy works.
Which provinces do you serve?
I am registered in Ontario and Alberta, so I can see adults and couples who live in either province. You need to be in Ontario or Alberta during your session.
Is online therapy as effective as in-person therapy?
For many concerns, including anxiety, depression and relationship difficulties, research shows that therapy by video can work as well as therapy in an office. What matters most is the relationship with your therapist and feeling safe enough to speak openly.
